Red Rocks Amphitheatre — Red Rocks Membership Program
Student Consultant
Challenge: Ticket revenue had plateaued and the experience around shows wasn’t building loyalty with younger fans.
Outcome: Designed a $150/year “Red Rocks Membership” that adds skip-the-line access, discounts, and exclusive perks—creating a new, sustainable revenue stream that isn’t limited by show volume.
Deliverables: CX strategy playbook, personas & journey map, membership pass/app prototype, welcome kit concept, phased launch plan, stakeholder analysis
Queen City Collective Coffee — RTD Product Launch
Student Consultant
Challenge: A 7-location Denver roastery wanted to launch an RTD product but needed clear positioning, pricing, and a go-to-market plan.
Outcome: Developed “Coffee Leaf Tea RTD — Calm + Clarity,” a functional beverage for stressed Gen Z/Millennials, with full pricing tiers and a 12-month roadmap from soft launch to regional expansion.
Deliverables: Segmentation & persona (“Taryn Scott”), product concept & packaging direction, pricing strategy, market sizing, 12-month GTM roadmap, channel & campaign plan
Food Bank of the Rockies — “To Go Projects” Workplace Giving
Student Consultant
Challenge: FBTR relied on third-party platforms for workplace giving, limiting donor data access and stretching a 4% admin staff as demand for corporate giving grew.
Outcome: Created “To Go Projects,” a low-lift, sector-specific giving model (piloted with law firms via “Justice Against Hunger”) using QR-code stations that require no travel and minimal staff time while giving FBTR full donor data ownership.
Deliverables: Pitch deck, one-page proposal, speaker outline, 90-day GTM plan, feasibility & ROI analysis, sector-specific campaign concept
